Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage dynamic schedules, ensuring accuracy and proactive communication across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain detailed itineraries for the Principal.
- Prepare meeting materials, summaries, and follow-ups to support decision-making processes.
- Serve as a liaison between the Principal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Handle household logistics, including mail, deliveries, and errands, with efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling tasks and records.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in sensitive matters.
