Overview

  • Serve as a key technical advisor, ensuring client environments are secure, optimized, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive technical excellence.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and proactive risk management for diverse technical challenges.
  • Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and standards to ensure seamless delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technical transformations and advancements.
  • Manage Microsoft Modern Workplace and Azure cloud environments effectively, ensuring compliance and stability.
  • Contribute to client success by leveraging expertise in cloud technologies and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee technical health for assigned accounts, ensuring robust and secure infrastructure.
  • Provide technical input for strategic roadmaps, lifecycle planning, and budget development.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues across various domains.
  • Identify and address security gaps and operational risks proactively.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, diagrams, and configuration records for client environments.
  • Validate technical implementations, ensuring adherence to established standards and practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Analyze service trends and contribute actionable insights to quarterly business reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree with 7+ years of IT experience in client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune device management.
  • Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Preferred certifications include Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoint, cloud, and networking layers.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Experience with ITIL foundations and MSP service environments is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
