Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate architectural projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
  • Create, review, and refine design and construction drawings, maintaining accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design standards throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize advanced software tools, including Revit, to enhance design and documentation processes effectively.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is required; professional licensure is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and planning; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit and related productivity software is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills are critical.
  • Experience in designing community-focused spaces or related fields is highly valued.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating leadership and adaptability.
