Overview

• Lead financial strategy and operations for a dynamic ecommerce-focused organization, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

• Oversee accounting, financial planning, compliance, and reporting functions to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and processes to safeguard financial integrity.

• Manage investor relations and partnerships with external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, compliance, and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Define and implement internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Lead contract administration and legal oversight to support organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with business goals and market opportunities.
• Partner with investors and board members to drive strategic initiatives and organizational growth.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide financial insights to support operational and commercial decision-making processes.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional development and excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in ecommerce or consumer products industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, compliance, and SEC filings.
• Proven ability to manage investor relations and external partnerships effectively.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills to drive organizational success.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site presence as required.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve high performance and collaboration.
