Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ground-up light industrial construction projects.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine scope and feasibility.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost analysis principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate estimations.
