Overview
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage applications and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to meet organizational hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and external partners to implement recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment data to assess diversity and candidate attraction effectiveness.
- Research and recommend innovative sourcing methods and technologies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting resources and contacts.
- Support temporary and permanent hiring processes, including agency engagements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage job postings on ATS and external websites as required.
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and provide feedback on candidates.
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Run reports to evaluate recruitment metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
- Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Support the management of recruitment inbox and candidate inquiries.
- Assist in the engagement of search firms and temporary agencies for hiring needs.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms such as JazzHR, Greenhouse, or Jobvite.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Preferred experience in ATS administration and data tracking.
