Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate recruitment processes for law students and entry-level hires in a prestigious legal organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership and committees to drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Organize onboarding programs and summer associate events, including training and social activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with law school career services and student organizations.
  • Maintain recruitment data and provide insights to inform decision-making processes.
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks to enhance recruitment operations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry recruitment standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate logistics for law student interview programs, including scheduling and documentation preparation.
  • Plan and execute office events such as receptions and networking activities, collaborating with vendors and facilities.
  • Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Respond to inquiries from law schools and administer surveys to collect feedback.
  • Assist in planning and implementing orientation programs for new attorneys.
  • Collaborate with recruitment committees to refine hiring strategies and processes.
  • Provide support for recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and deliverables to meet organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional client service role.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media platforms like LinkedIn is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours during peak recruitment periods.
