One of Atlanta’s top general contractors is looking to expand its project management team & bring on a stellar Project Manager as they continue to diversify their project portfolio.
The right candidate will have ground up hospitality project experience

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

Responsible for construction project leadership and documentation
Develop and review building plans and schedules
Prepare construction contracts
Collaborate with engineers, and designers to define project requirements and produce deliverables
Maintain project documentation, estimates, and budgets
Ensure construction meets safety policies and zoning code standards
Monitor progress of projects and assess each phase to ensure deadlines are being met
Serve as primary liaison to bring project completion to clients
Continuously improve knowledge by keeping updated with industry standards
Maintain a positive attitude and relationships with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field required
At least 5 years of relevant experience in architecture or engineering
Advanced understanding of architectural design processes, construction methods, zoning regulations, and code requirements
Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD, Procore, MS Project
Ability to manage schedules and projects and meet tight deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong creative and technical skills
Ability to create strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors
