Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and present innovative interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project goals.
- Create detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, and material specifications.
- Select and specify finishes, furniture, and materials that align with design objectives and budgets.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, ADA regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead and collaborate with project teams to achieve cohesive and successful project outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Utilize design software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite to produce accurate and visually appealing work.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- NCIDQ certification or active pursuit of certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, and interior construction documentation practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
