Overview
- Lead the Business Management and Family Office practice within the Advisory Department, driving strategic initiatives and client satisfaction.

- Provide expertise in wealth management, estate planning, and multi-jurisdictional tax strategies.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and consulting.
- Contribute to business development through networking and market-facing activities.
- Ensure staffing and coverage needs are met while mentoring team members.
- Analyze investments and provide life planning advice to clients.
- Manage multiple engagements and ensure compliance with firm risk policies.
- Collaborate with partners on client onboarding and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify and generate opportunities for new business through practice development and networking.
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and lead change efforts effectively.
- Negotiate purchases, financing, and monitoring of major assets for clients.
- Conduct multi-jurisdictional tax planning in collaboration with SALT and International tax groups.
- Ensure proper staffing and coverage for client engagements and mentor team members.
- Perform final reviews of bonus payrolls and manage planning and execution of engagements.
- Recognize and address income, gift, and estate tax issues arising from client matters.
- Manage firm risk on engagements and proposals within budgetary and time constraints.
- Provide investment analysis and life planning services to clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 9-14 years of experience in business management or family office industry.
- Preferred certifications: CPA, EA, CFP, or PFS.
- Technical skills focused on quality and business acuity for client success.
- Leadership skills to mentor teams and advance firm initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial innovation to drive firm and professional growth.
- Advanced external communication skills for client-facing interactions.
