Sorting Coordinator

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure compliance with sorting requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the sort leader regarding inspection results and issues.
• Follow standard operational procedures and written/oral instructions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and processes.
• Ensure tasks are performed with reliability and precision.
• Adapt to additional duties as required by the supervisor or team leader.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience in the medical device industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English for communication and documentation purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and reliably within a team environment.
• Basic math and arithmetic skills are essential.
