Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Advise senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Assess organizational health, identify trends, and recommend performance improvement solutions.
- Oversee complex employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
- Leverage data-driven insights to diagnose root causes and inform talent strategies.
- Drive execution of performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Model and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Provide counsel on leadership effectiveness and team dynamics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7 years in senior HRBP roles.
- Proven success in global, high-growth environments; FinTech or Technology industries preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presence.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced settings.
- Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR technology platforms.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
