Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving strategic HR initiatives and organizational success.
  • Support Performance & Risk and Marketing business units with impactful HR solutions.
  • Shape HR strategy, influence decision-making, and align business objectives with people priorities.
  • Collaborate in a global, fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional employee experiences.
  • Leverage analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a culture champion, promoting integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide executive coaching and influence team dynamics and leadership effectiveness.
  • Drive execution of company-wide HR programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Advise senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Assess organizational health, identify trends, and recommend performance improvement solutions.
  • Oversee complex employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to diagnose root causes and inform talent strategies.
  • Drive execution of performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Model and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Provide counsel on leadership effectiveness and team dynamics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7 years in senior HRBP roles.
  • Proven success in global, high-growth environments; FinTech or Technology industries preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presence.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced settings.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR technology platforms.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
