Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage multiple architectural projects through all phases, from concept to construction.
- Act as the liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Lead efforts in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee production of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants to integrate multidisciplinary designs seamlessly.
- Mentor junior team members and foster professional development within the team.
- Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with design standards and quality control measures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) is required.
- 7–10 years of architectural experience, including project management.
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure is preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project delivery methods.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client expectations.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment is advantageous.
