Overview

  • Lead impactful architectural projects from concept through construction in a collaborative, design-focused environment.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to meet deadlines and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to deliver high-quality designs and documentation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage multiple architectural projects through all phases, from concept to construction.
  • Act as the liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Lead efforts in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee production of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants to integrate multidisciplinary designs seamlessly.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster professional development within the team.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards and quality control measures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) is required.
  • 7–10 years of architectural experience, including project management.
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project delivery methods.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client expectations.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment is advantageous.
