Job Description
Overview
- Perform daily warehouse operations in a cGMP environment, ensuring compliance with procedures and documentation standards.
- Handle shipping, receiving, GMP raw materials, and inventory control with precision and adherence to guidelines.
- Utilize ERP systems for material transactions and reporting, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and ship temperature-controlled shipments, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Perform material picking, kitting, and transfer into production using aseptic techniques.
- Operate motorized equipment safely, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
- Adhere to safety practices and PPE usage, identifying and mitigating risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform GMP material receipts according to SOPs, work instructions, and material specifications.
- Execute ERP transactions related to warehouse functions, ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare shipments requiring temperature control, following proper protocols and documentation.
- Conduct material picking, kitting, and transfer processes with aseptic techniques.
- Operate motorized equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and identify safety risks proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse operations in a cGMP environment.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, with 1 year of industry experience.
- Proficiency in ERP transactions related to GMP raw materials and inventory control.
- Experience in GMP manufacturing environments and material handling processes.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motorized equipment safely.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and temperature-controlled shipment preparation.
