Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and grow a designated territory, focusing on sales growth and customer acquisition in a remote capacity.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct territory analysis, prospecting, and account management to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including product demonstrations and in-service support.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, customer relationships, and sales activities effectively.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, clinical procedures, and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity while representing the client in the market.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive territory business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Expand the customer base by acquiring new accounts and servicing existing ones.
  • Provide regular updates to sales management on territory performance and market conditions.
  • Conduct product introductions, evaluations, and follow-ups to drive adoption and sales.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to align strategies and implement effective sales plans.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, including demonstrations and in-service training.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities, leads, and customer relationships efficiently.
  • Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators and organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet quotas consistently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for effective sales management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to manage a large territory.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality to proactively seek and close new business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory (80% travel required).
  • Valid driver’s license is mandatory for this role.
