Overview
- Manage and grow a designated territory, focusing on sales growth and customer acquisition in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop comprehensive territory business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Expand the customer base by acquiring new accounts and servicing existing ones.
- Provide regular updates to sales management on territory performance and market conditions.
- Conduct product introductions, evaluations, and follow-ups to drive adoption and sales.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to align strategies and implement effective sales plans.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support, including demonstrations and in-service training.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities, leads, and customer relationships efficiently.
- Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators and organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet quotas consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for effective sales management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to manage a large territory.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality to proactively seek and close new business opportunities.
- Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory (80% travel required).
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory for this role.
