Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience, with 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and tools.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in phone-based customer service interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Dependable and reliable, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific training and procedures.
- On-site availability from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
