Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as technical lead, owning architecture decisions and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Django/Python and Go.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and reliability gaps.
• Mentor team members, providing constructive guidance and promoting professional growth.
• Contribute to frontend development using React, enhancing platform integrations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, Go, and React development.
• Strong understanding of databases, RESTful API design, and asynchronous architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automated testing strategies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, distributed systems, and observability tools preferred.
• Background in trading, fintech, or related domains is advantageous.
