  • Lead technical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and construction feasibility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with designers and managers to develop precise construction documents.
  • Lead technical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with codes and feasibility.
  • Coordinate quality reviews and ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Conduct owner/user meetings to integrate project requirements into designs.
  • Liaise with engineers, builders, and vendors for project coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Architectural registration and LEED AP certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Suite, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting and analyzing information effectively.
  • Ability to conduct code reviews and liaise with officials for approvals.
  • Experience in collaborating with engineers, builders, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality construction documents.
  • Portfolio showcasing design thinking and process preferred.
