Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute upscale brand programs aligned with organizational priorities.
- Manage pilot projects, including vendor coordination, property selection, and timeline adherence.
- Drive cross-functional project management, ensuring alignment and addressing risks proactively.
- Audit and update brand standards, guidelines, and related materials for consistency.
- Prepare leadership-ready summaries, decision readouts, and implementation toolkits.
- Support measurement plans and ROI considerations for pilot initiatives.
- Provide flexible support for emerging priorities and special projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across brand strategy, operations, procurement, and analytics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, consulting, or program management.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong project management skills with comfort managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience supporting pilot measurement and ROI discussions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint/OneDrive environments.
- Experience in franchise or multi-brand environments preferred.
