Overview

  • Oversee physician compensation plans, ensuring alignment with organizational philosophy and standards.
  • Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for compensation models and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to interpret and administer compensation policies effectively.
  • Develop and maintain systems supporting physician compensation plans and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and scorecards for physician productivity and compensation adjustments.
  • Provide insights on market trends and strategies impacting provider compensation.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential handling of compensation calculations and problem resolutions.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and implement changes for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop, implement, and administer physician compensation models and standards.
  • Conduct market studies, analyze data, and provide salary recommendations.
  • Maintain detailed records and databases for compensation plans and policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on physician productivity and compensation adjustments.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with compensation policies.
  • Research external factors impacting physician compensation and recommend strategies.
  • Support internal and external analysis for compensation-related projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field required.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including analytics and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
