Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct market studies to evaluate trends in physician and provider compensation.
  • Develop systems ensuring data integrity and support for compensation plans.
  • Prepare and adjust physician compensation scorecards based on productivity metrics and goals.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate physician payments and perform audits.
  • Research external factors impacting compensation and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics and compensation management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Experience with complex databases and financial reporting systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
