Overview

  • Manage and optimize workforce management systems with a focus on UKG Dimensions for operational excellence and compliance.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve time and attendance processes, ensuring payroll accuracy and adherence to labor laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce systems with organizational goals and business needs.
  • Develop governance protocols, security measures, and audit standards to maintain data integrity and reliability.
  • Provide actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, including testing and change management strategies.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and technical expertise in workforce management.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for system issues, ensuring timely resolution and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Configure and optimize UKG Dimensions, including pay rules, scheduling frameworks, accruals, and integrations.
  • Ensure accurate time capture and payroll alignment through effective time and attendance operations.
  • Establish system standards and controls to comply with local and global labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams to align systems with organizational requirements.
  • Develop and implement reporting strategies to deliver workforce management insights.
  • Lead system upgrades and implementations, ensuring thorough testing and effective change management.
  • Maintain governance processes, security roles, and audit protocols to protect system data integrity.
  • Redesign timekeeping processes to mitigate compliance risks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with HR and operations teams to gather requirements and build test scenarios for system enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with UKG Dimensions or similar workforce management systems.
  • Proficiency in pay rule configuration, scheduling, accrual management, and compliance standards.
  • Technical expertise with integrations, data structures, and advanced Excel; SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading system implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring or managing teams effectively.
