Assistant Project Manager – Civil/Sitework Construction

Overview

• Assist in managing civil and sitework construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of civil/sitework projects.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor construction activities and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain project efficiency.
• Support the resolution of technical and operational challenges during construction.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil/sitework construction; 5 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
