- Prepare and reconcile expense reports accurately and promptly.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence, presentations, and other documents.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide administrative support to multiple executives, managing competing priorities effectively.
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.

- Act as a gatekeeper for executives, handling requests and ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Arrange travel plans, including transportation and accommodations, for domestic and international trips.
- Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and presentations for executives.
- Maintain organized records and files for efficient access and reference.
- Support office operations, including supply management and general administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; prior experience supporting senior executives preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting multiple executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with expense management and calendar tools is preferred.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. is required.
