Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and oversee HR-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise-wide HR initiatives effectively.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables for HR programs.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to HR program leads and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure success measures are tracked and reported for HR projects.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and transparent environment to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to maintain project momentum.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Scope, plan, and oversee HR project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide employee development programs, including scheduling and tracking participation.
  • Collaborate with Organizational Development leads to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders.
  • Guide cross-functional teams and external partners through project processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact project success.
  • Track and report project success measures and outcomes.
  • Support live and online learning sessions as part of HR initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing complex HR projects.
  • Proven ability to build influential relationships across diverse organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge of productivity and project management tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Preferred certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
  • Associate degree or equivalent education in a related field.
