Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent professional degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with 8 years preferred.
  • Professional registration and experience in higher education projects highly desired.
  • Proficiency in advanced technology tools such as Revit, Sketch-Up, and Rhino.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated success in staff leadership.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and ensure financial performance.
  • Experience in fostering client relationships and managing expectations effectively.
