Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage complex projects, coordinating clients, staff, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project documents adhering to client, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering their professional development and leadership capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Apply interpersonal communication skills to resolve conflicts and motivate teams effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent professional degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with 8 years preferred.
• Professional registration and experience in higher education projects highly desired.
• Proficiency in advanced technology tools such as Revit, Sketch-Up, and Rhino.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated success in staff leadership.
• Ability to manage project budgets and ensure financial performance.
• Experience in fostering client relationships and managing expectations effectively.
