Job Description

Overview

  • Drive the implementation and optimization of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions within a robust cybersecurity framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance identity lifecycle management and governance processes.
  • Develop innovative strategies to ensure compliance and strengthen organizational security posture.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship on SailPoint-related initiatives and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity synchronization and access provisioning.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal audit controls through effective identity governance.
  • Contribute to organizational cybersecurity goals by delivering impactful identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Configure and customize SailPoint connectors, workflows, and rules to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory and Workday.
  • Develop and execute access certification campaigns to ensure compliance and governance reporting.
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders to advance identity governance initiatives.
  • Design and enforce secure architecture principles for identity management systems.
  • Create and maintain SailPoint scripts, rules, and workflows to automate identity governance processes.
  • Provide expertise in ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SailPoint with ticketing systems for access requests and incident workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in information security, identity governance, or IAM engineering.
  • Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and managing SailPoint IGA solutions.
  • Preferred certifications include SailPoint IdentityNow or ISC Certified Implementation Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of identity governance concepts and role-based access control.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems and directories for account provisioning.
  • Ability to configure application connectors and develop automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
