Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Facilitate onboarding processes for funds and accounts, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Manage and maintain trading documentation and counterparty relationships effectively.
  • Establish custodial trading accounts and oversee registrations in emerging markets.
  • Respond to counterparty requests for KYC/AML information and transactional documentation.
  • Provide support to internal teams regarding trading documentation queries and requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accuracy in documentation processes.
  • Collaborate on risk and collateral management strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in documentation management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials; advanced degree in Law preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trading agreements and documentation management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, markets, and risk management practices.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML diligence requirements and corporate due diligence procedures.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
