Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage comprehensive preconstruction activities, including feasibility studies, budgeting, and scheduling for multifamily housing projects.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in preconstruction or construction management; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation for multifamily housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work on-site and travel as required for project needs.
