Overview

  • Drive the comprehensive compensation process for global sales teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and implement innovative solutions.
  • Utilize analytical expertise to identify trends and improve financial planning strategies.
  • Engage in the design and enhancement of technology systems supporting compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation calculations and reporting.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for payout variances and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare detailed compensation trend analyses and forecasts for strategic planning.
  • Document and assess financial impacts of compensation transactions.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and refine compensation plans effectively.
  • Support technology enhancements to streamline compensation processes and increase efficiency.
  • Identify and propose improvements to enhance scalability and accuracy of operations.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or analysis.
  • Preferred 4 years of experience in commission-based compensation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with senior management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
