Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation calculations and reporting.

- Prepare detailed compensation trend analyses and forecasts for strategic planning.
- Document and assess financial impacts of compensation transactions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or analysis.
- Preferred 4 years of experience in commission-based compensation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
