Job Description

Overview

  • Support HR systems including Workday HCM and Greenhouse Recruiting, ensuring optimal utilization and seamless integration to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic HR projects and maintain data integrity across systems.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for various audiences, including senior management.
  • Administer security roles and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and system stability.
  • Participate in system upgrades and releases, conducting regression testing and implementing new features.
  • Provide training and guidance to global teams on HR systems and processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, ensuring seamless workflows and data accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer and configure Workday HCM modules, including Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and communication resources for HR systems.
  • Conduct audits to maintain data integrity and compliance within HR systems.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Greenhouse Recruiting, supporting global recruiting teams and optimizing workflows.
  • Design and implement recruitment system configurations and integrations to streamline processes.
  • Develop analytics and dashboards to track recruitment metrics and identify competitive candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in system configurations and operations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday HCM administration and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse Recruiting system administration and integration management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, and best practices.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data analytics and stakeholder analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all tasks.
