Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and background checks, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and new hire orientation to integrate employees effectively into the organization.
- Administer payroll systems, ensuring accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits contributions.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Supervise accounting staff, ensuring timely reconciliation of office receivables and bank statements.
- Provide counsel to management on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations issues.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, implementing necessary updates to policies and practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee engagement and professional development.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend strategies for organizational improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, with 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, including ADP Workforce, and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration, including compliance and reporting requirements.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred, demonstrating advanced HR expertise.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive employee relations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organizational compliance effectively.
