Job Description

Overview

  • Support recruitment efforts by managing a backlog of aging requisitions across various departments including finance, legal, and marketing/communications.
  • Utilize Workday and other tools to streamline recruitment processes and ensure timely candidate sourcing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source passive candidates quickly and efficiently, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Provide expertise in recruiting for shared services roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the overall recruitment strategy, enhancing the client’s ability to attract top talent.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recruitment standards throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and prioritize a backlog of requisitions, ensuring timely and effective recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Utilize Workday for applicant tracking, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Engage passive candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Workday and familiarity with shared services recruitment.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in finance, legal, and marketing/communications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and candidates.
