Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday and familiarity with shared services recruitment.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates efficiently and effectively.
- Experience recruiting for roles in finance, legal, and marketing/communications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site tasks.
