Overview

- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and purchase orders while tracking delivery schedules and updating customers.
- Expedite shipment, delivery, and import/export processes, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and documentation standards.
- Resolve customer issues related to product fulfillment and billing, supporting the sales team with internal communication.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of financial transactions.
- Monitor and maintain product inventories, preparing monthly sales, purchases, and inventory reports.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate shipments, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations.
- Prepare and manage invoices, shipping documents, and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records.
- Track delivery schedules, update customers, and expedite shipment and import/export processes.
- Ensure adherence to import/export compliance requirements, verifying import duty rates.
- Resolve customer issues related to product fulfillment and billing, supporting sales operations.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring financial accuracy and timely reporting.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales, purchases, and inventory, ensuring data integrity.
- Monitor and maintain product inventories, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; relevant certifications in logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with industrial products is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing shipments and documentation.
- Knowledge of import/export compliance requirements and documentation standards.
