Overview

  • Lead strategic HR initiatives, fostering organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation within a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent planning, engagement, and leadership development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, driving operational excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on change management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
  • Promote professional growth and development within the HR team.
  • Contribute to the success of the organization through strategic HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Lead HR initiatives, including talent planning, leadership development, and culture transformation.
  • Provide consultation on change management strategies to drive organizational success.
  • Manage HR budgets and ensure fiscal accountability within the department.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address root causes of workplace issues.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
  • Prepare and participate in discussions to align and execute action plans for improved outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certified HR Professional (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Ten years of HR business or client management experience, including strategic talent planning and leadership development.
  • Five years of people management experience required.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in change management, conflict resolution, and group dynamics.
  • Advanced strategic and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
