Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified HR Professional (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Ten years of HR business or client management experience, including strategic talent planning and leadership development.
- Five years of people management experience required.
- Strong leadership, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in change management, conflict resolution, and group dynamics.
- Advanced strategic and creative thinking skills.
