Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans effectively.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to meet objectives.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve high-performance results.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management; 12 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial and mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work arrangement.
