Overview
- Perform electronics assembly tasks, including soldering components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following industry standards.
- Fabricate, route, and terminate cables, wiring harnesses, and connectors for electronic systems.
- Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electrical and electronic assemblies.
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate builds.
- Operate and maintain test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Collaborate with engineers to support development, testing, and refinement of prototypes and production units.
- Document testing procedures, repairs, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company and industry safety and quality standards when handling electronic components and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, or troubleshooting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-620 certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for professional interaction.
