Overview
- Lead operational and functional responsibilities for patient care areas and initiatives.
- Supervise and direct care activities ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead, direct, and manage operations of assigned departments.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of executive-level nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills in healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards including Title 22, OSHA, and Joint Commission requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to foster teamwork and motivation.
- Ability to analyze and implement performance improvement initiatives.
