Overview

• Lead interior design and architecture projects for office, retail, and hospitality spaces, ensuring innovative and functional solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to create detailed architectural plans and design documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices in all projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling design solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed architectural designs and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with client expectations.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any design-related issues.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate technical requirements into designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and designers within the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design; 12 years preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities within architectural teams.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
