Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct thorough functional assessments of patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and current CA Occupational Therapist License required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 2 years preferred in occupational therapy.
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans effectively.
- Knowledge of Medicare documentation standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Recommended affiliation with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform therapeutic tasks and manage patient care activities.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
