KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Utilize advanced applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to build and manage a robust talent pipeline.
- Analyze candidate profiles to identify specialized skills and qualifications matching client requirements.
- Implement innovative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates effectively.
- Monitor recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and outcomes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives and goals.
- Promote Green Key Resources' services to prospective clients and candidates, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients and candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge and commitment to professional development.
- 2-4 years of agency recruiting experience, particularly in sales and marketing, showcasing expertise in the field.
- Proficiency in industry trends and the ability to discuss relevant skills and companies with confidence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proven success in fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and drive for excellence.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team setting, fostering a positive work culture.
