Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage large-scale MEP projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to project teams, fostering innovation and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client requirements throughout project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for project-related matters.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposal preparation and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of MEP project management, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of project designs.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in large-scale projects.
  • Proven expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
