Overview

  • Support a leading organization with legal operations, compliance, and governance processes in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
  • Assist in contract management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft and manage standard agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and transaction-related documents.
  • Support corporate transactions by preparing signature packets and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Maintain corporate records for subsidiaries and investment vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with entity formation, lifecycle management, and governance processes.
  • Handle compliance functions, including KYC/AML requests and investor onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless legal operations.
  • Maintain legal databases and archives, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in finance-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology tools for efficient operations.
  • Experience with contracts, transactions, and multi-entity corporate structures.
  • CT and/or NY notary public certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing sensitive information.
  • Ability to travel between offices as required in a hybrid work setting.
