Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management is essential.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience overseeing diverse construction projects, including educational facilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools to streamline operations.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, ensuring project efficiency.
