Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage fund administration processes, including partner allocations, distributions, and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform waterfall calculations to guarantee precise financial distributions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee private investment portfolios, focusing on private equity and venture fund operations.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with fund administration and waterfall calculations is essential.
