Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; 2 years preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Ability to operate in a remote work environment with provided equipment.
  • Experience with cue systems or similar tools for managing customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or after-hours for special events.
