Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural designs and plans for multifamily projects, adhering to client specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met within deadlines and quality parameters.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation for construction and permitting processes.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to optimize project outcomes.
• Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders to integrate diverse inputs into cohesive designs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of architectural design experience, with 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of multifamily design principles and construction documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and onsite tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
