Overview
- Support recruitment efforts for skilled labor and engineering roles within manufacturing and engineering divisions.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 15 requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
- Focus on candidate and customer experience, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in branding and engagement events such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
- Adapt to dynamic priorities, supporting multiple divisions and shifting focus as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates for skilled labor and engineering positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment events, including job fairs and campus visits.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
- Utilize recruitment tools and systems to manage candidate pipelines effectively.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within manufacturing and engineering sectors.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are a plus.
- Experience with recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
