Job Description

Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and functional designs.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet client expectations.
  • Utilize Revit software for design and documentation purposes.
  • Oversee construction phases, ensuring compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage architectural project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit software.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design intent.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss project updates and resolve challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management; 12 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation.
  • Strong background in commercial construction; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of architectural principles and project execution.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Architectural licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
