Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as an Innovation Fellow on a contract basis, contributing expertise to drive impactful initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions addressing organizational challenges and opportunities.
  • Leverage your director-level experience to influence strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Engage in research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in innovation management.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Ensure alignment of innovative initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of frameworks and methodologies to enhance innovation processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the design and execution of innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to inform project strategies and recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and present detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a focus on relevant disciplines preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in innovation, strategy, or related fields.
  • Director-level expertise in managing complex projects and leading teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address organizational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in innovation methodologies and tools to drive impactful outcomes.
